Cybertip.ca
Canada’s tipline for reporting the sexual abuse and exploitation of children on the internet
Who is it for?
All Canadians
What does it do?
Cybertip.ca receives and processes tips from the public about potentially illegal material online, such as child sexual abuse images and videos, child trafficking, shared intimate images, online luring, and other areas of child exploitation.
The tipline then refers any potentially actionable reports to the appropriate child exploitation units and/or child welfare agency.

Cybertip.ca responds to approximately 100,000 reports a month regarding child sexual exploitation concerns. To date, hundreds of thousands of requests have been sent to providers for the removal of child sexual abuse material, and hundreds of individuals have been arrested. Additionally, hundreds of children have been removed from abusive environments, and countless children both within Canada and abroad have been protected.
How does it support child safety?
Cybertip.ca and C3P also offer education, prevention, and awareness material to help keep Canadians safe, distributing more than 1 million safety resources per year free-of-charge to families, schools, law enforcement, child welfare, industry, and other stakeholders.
